Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final. A good amount of our inventory is on consignment, meaning we sell items for many individual sellers/consignors. These consignors are paid out shortly after their item(s) sell. Because of this, we are firm on our return policy

Prices

All our prices are stated in EUR. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs.

Shipping Charges

Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have any way of estimating what these costs are.

Uncollected packages

We will not pay return shipping costs for uncollected packages.

Feedback and Complaints Policy

We welcome any comments about our service, so that we can improve what we are doing. We aim to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please email us stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within a few working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
